Million euro valuation for financial technology company Ziv4
As of January 2023, Ziv4 Technology, an artificial intelligence and algorithm-focused financial technology company founded in Estonia, received a pre-seed investment of 65 thousand euros at a valuation of 1 million euros.
Aiming to provide significant convenience to amateur and semi-professional investors in the financial markets, the company aims to further reflect the effect of artificial intelligence on its product portfolio by continuing its developments with the investment it received.
The tools developed by Ziv4 include algorithmic trading for cryptocurrencies, correlation bots, and a trading bot that trades with artificial intelligence-supported news analysis. Bots, which are currently integrated with Binance and Gate, one of the largest exchanges in the industry, are expected to appear on more exchanges in the coming period.
The startup's software, which analyzes and classifies KAP news for Borsa Istanbul and automatically buys and sells according to the incoming news, also draws attention.
Ziv4 co-founders Ahmet Yasin Acar, Ömer Faruk Yıldırım and Hüseyin Kaan Küçük stated the following in their statement: “In this period when we receive investments, we will complete our products and work to further increase the power of artificial intelligence. We want to be instrumental in creating a democratic financial market environment by making technology accessible to everyone. “This is the most meaningful milestone for us that will enable us to achieve our goal of creating added value in financial markets.”
Ziv4, which successfully completed the six-month accelerator program of Baku-based Sabah.HUB, made it to the finals among 65 global startups at the #BakuID2023 event held in July. The initiative started to take its place in events and competitions in Europe.
It was noteworthy that well-known names from Türkiye and Azerbaijan participated in the investment tour. The tour, led by Tamer Capital CEO Kemal Tamer, was successfully completed with the participation of EGİAD Angels Investment Network Coordinator Melisa İtmeç, Global Cryptocurrency Exchange Manager Celil Öztürk and Plato Capital CEO Tamerlan Bayramlı.
